Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and passionate Graphic Designer looking for a new opportunity in the fast-moving world of e-commerce fashion?

At Steve & Janet Sydney, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can help us create visually appealing designs for our website, marketing campaigns and digital brand presence.

In this role, you will help shape how our customers experience the brand visually — from website banners to product visuals, social media content and advertising materials.

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing attractive and user-friendly visual elements for our website

  • Creating banners, product images, promotional graphics and other digital content

  • Designing marketing materials for social media, email campaigns and online advertisements

  • Supporting the overall visual identity of Steve & Janet Sydney

  • Creating designs that improve the customer journey and shopping experience

  • Working with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

  • Ensuring all designs are consistent with our brand style, tone and guidelines

  • Paying close attention to detail, layout, typography and product presentation

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in fashion, e-commerce or online retail

  • Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools

  • A strong sense of aesthetics, layout, colour and typography

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills

  • A flexible and proactive attitude

  • A portfolio with examples of previous design work

As a Customer Support & Fashion Advisor, your responsibilities may include:

  • Answering customer questions by email or online support channels

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service

  • Helping customers choose the right size, colour or style

  • Giving basic fashion and styling advice where needed

  • Supporting customers with questions about orders, shipping, returns and exchanges

  • Handling customer concerns in a calm and solution-focused way

Requirements
